The Cascadia 20 Shoe
The latest iteration of the trail shoe focuses on traction, durability, versatility, and comfort. The shoe features a Vibram Megagrip outsole with Vibram Traction Lug technology for grip on wet and dry surfaces. It uses 4-millimeter multidirectional lugs.
Comfort has been upgraded with DNA FLASH v2 midsole cushioning. Brooks states the Cascadia 20 has 4mm of additional foam in the heel and forefoot compared to the previous Cascadia 19 model. Stability comes from TrailAdapt™ Technology, which includes a wide base and adaptable lugs. Durability is addressed with an engineered mesh upper, a 3D-printed overlay mudguard, and a TPU toe cap.

For lower-body storage, the new women's Cascadia Short Tights and men's Cascadia Half Tights include a built-in storage belt system. This system has two large pockets that sit close to the body. Additional storage includes a drop-in pocket at the hip and a concealed zippered side pocket. The fabric is a nylon and spandex blend designed to prevent chafing.

The Cascadia Crew Socks are made from Coolmax yarn, a blend of nylon, polyester, and spandex. This material is designed to wick sweat to the exterior for evaporation. Features include seamless toe construction, breathable mesh, a locked-in heel fit, and a crew length to keep out debris. For a full overview of the collection and other gear, check our squad page.
